As the welcoming face and voice of our Southlake office, she makes sure every client and guest feels at home from the moment they connect with our firm.
Before joining Prestige, Debbie spent two years at a wealth management firm, where helping make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives was the most rewarding part of her work. After raising her three children, she went on to manage retail stores, developing the customer focus, people skills, and operational discipline she brings to the firm today.
At Prestige, Debbie keeps the client experience running smoothly, from greeting clients and coordinating meetings to helping with paperwork, onboarding, and follow-up so nothing falls through the cracks. She also helps lead the personal touches that make Prestige feel different, including welcome gifts, birthdays, and client appreciation. She takes pride in bringing structure and warmth to everything she does, and believes great service starts with making people feel genuinely cared for.
Debbie considers family her greatest joy. She loves creating memories with her loved ones, especially the extra time she gets to spend with her grandchildren.
